1. Health & Safety Notice — Please Read
Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. The games on PlayWithMotion.fit involve physical movement, including reaching, stretching, jumping, swinging your arms and legs, and other full-body motion. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury.
Before playing, you should:
- Talk to your doctor before starting this or any physical activity program, especially if you are pregnant, elderly, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint or muscle problems, a disability, or any other medical condition, or if you have been inactive for some time.
- Clear your play area of furniture, people, pets, and obstacles. Make sure you have enough open space to move freely in all directions.
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing, and make sure the floor is not slippery.
- Stay hydrated and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or experience any pain or discomfort.
- Supervise children at all times during play.
Stop playing and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, difficulty breathing, or any pain. Do not resume play until cleared by a medical professional.
PlayWithMotion.fit is a game and entertainment product. It is not a medical device, fitness program, or substitute for professional medical or physical-therapy advice. You play at your own risk. By using the games, you acknowledge that you have read this notice and assume all risks associated with physical activity.
2. Terms of Use
By accessing or using PlayWithMotion.fit (the "Site") and its games (the "Games"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an access code. Children may play the Games under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on their behalf.
Camera & your device
The Games use your device's webcam to detect your movement. Video from your camera is processed locally in your browser to run the game and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to us. You can stop camera access at any time by closing the game or revoking camera permission in your browser.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or attempt to extract the Games or their code.
- Do not share, sell, or publish your access code. Access codes are for personal use.
- Do not attempt to bypass the access system or interfere with the Site's operation.
No warranty
The Site and Games are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or webcam. Your computer must have a working webcam and a modern browser.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayWithMotion.fit and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the Site or Games, including any physical injury resulting from movement during play. You play at your own risk.
3. Access Codes & Payment
- The All-Games Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks all paid Games for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is not a recurring subscription and will not auto-renew.
- After 12 months, your access code expires. You may purchase a new pass to continue playing the paid Games. The free Games remain free.
- Your access code is delivered immediately after payment and is tied to the email you provide at checkout so we can help you recover it if lost.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Refunds: Because access is delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll make it right.
4. Privacy Policy
We keep data collection to a minimum.
What we collect
- Email address — collected at checkout, used to deliver and recover your access code.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Access code records — your code and its expiry date, stored so the Games can verify it.
What we do NOT collect
- Webcam video. Camera footage is processed in your browser to run the Games and is never recorded, stored, or sent to us or anyone else.
Third parties
We use Stripe (payments), and our site is hosted on Vercel with data stored via Supabase. These providers process data only as needed to run the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your email and access-code record by contacting us, though this will deactivate any active code.
